Administering Epinephrine to an unconscious player suffering from blood loss will not revive them unless their blood level is over the minimum threshold for consciousness, which is at least 500 blood. In order to revive them, you will need to help them recover blood using a Saline Bag IV, a Blood Bag IV, or by providing them with food and drink to stimulate natural blood regeneration. As the player is likely still bleeding if they are unconscious due to blood loss, you must first stop the bleeding before attempting to help them recover lost blood.
Tip Epinephrine Auto-Injector also removes stamina consumption for one minute when used.
